How do we help our kids handle big emotions, embrace discomfort, and grow in virtue—while doing the same as parents?

In this episode, I chat with Nick and Theresa Redd, Catholic coaches and parents of three young children, about how emotional regulation and character formation begin at home.

Nick shares insights from The Freedom Group on helping men find freedom from pornography and emotional addiction.

At the same time, Theresa brings a practical, grace-filled approach to forming little hearts—through boredom, frustration, and everyday family life.

Together, they explore what it looks like to model calm, connection, and character in the chaos of parenting.

You can expect to:

  • Learn how to help your kids face discomfort without fear
  • Discover simple, faith-filled ways to teach emotional regulation
  • Hear how parents can model freedom, integrity, and virtue in daily life
