The courtroom drama surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs reached another critical juncture yesterday as Judge Aaron Subermanian heard arguments on whether to throw out the music mogul's two Mann Act convictions before his October 3rd sentencing date.

Court documents also disclosed that prosecutors had offered a plea deal recommending at least 25 years imprisonment, explaining why Diddy risked trial instead.

His defense team is requesting a maximum 14-month sentence (essentially time served), while prosecutors want "several more years" behind bars.
