For years, I thought the goal of healing was to finally love my body. I told myself, “Once I love what I see in the mirror, then I’ll feel confident. Then I’ll be free.”
But what I didn’t realize is that chasing constant body love was just another form of control—another way to measure my worth.

In this episode, I’m getting real about why I stopped trying to “love my body,” and what true body healing actually means. I’ll share the moment I realized that peace wasn’t hiding in the mirror, it was in how I treated myself when I didn’t like what I saw.

We’ll talk about the difference between love and respect, how to navigate bad body image days without spiraling, and what it actually looks like to live in partnership with your body instead of war against it.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re failing at healing because you don’t wake up loving every inch of yourself—you need to hear this.

Because healing isn’t about constant confidence.
It’s about consistent compassion.
