Employers and employees have rights and obligations under Title seven of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. New technical guidance from the EEOC and DOJ tries to clarify how DEI-related initiatives may create unlawful discrimination in workplaces, but it may raise more questions than it answers. My next guest, Chai Feldblum, a former Commissioner of the EEOC, is here to help us sort it out.
