Federal employees are now on day three of a government shutdown, but in the days leading up to the lapse in appropriations this week, some feds gathered in downtown D.C. to push back against the Trump administration. When the threat of a government shutdown was inching closer, the employees had a clear message for the White House. Federal News Network's Drew Friedman was at that gathering earlier this week, and she files this report.
