Jes Staley, the former JPMorgan Chase executive and later CEO of Barclays, has been deeply entangled in the Jeffrey Epstein scandal due to his long personal and professional relationship with the disgraced financier. Court filings and released communications show Staley exchanged more than a thousand emails with Epstein between 2008 and 2012—many sent after Epstein’s conviction for sex crimes.
