In this week’s episode of The Enneagram Edge, we’re shining a spotlight on the driven, idealistic, and service-oriented world of the Type 1 entrepreneur. Our guest, Kellie Henriksen, is a powerhouse blend of Type 1 perfectionism and Type 2 heart. With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience—from running a successful photography studio in Denver to launching her digital marketing company, Blog Solutions Now—Kellie knows what it takes to lead with both integrity and impact.

Together, we explore how perfectionism can both fuel and frustrate the entrepreneurial journey—and how Type 1s can move from pressure to purpose by embracing delegation, self-compassion, and aligned action.

Whether you're a fellow Type 1 or work with one, this episode is full of real talk, practical tools, and deep insight.

About Our Guest:

Kellie Henriksen is a Type 1 with a 2 wing—equal parts perfectionist and people-pleaser—which explains a lot about her 20+ year journey as an entrepreneur. She runs a thriving photography studio in Denver and recently launched Blog Solutions Now, a digital marketing business that helps entrepreneurs boost their organic website traffic without losing their minds. Kellie satisfies her human need to create through sourdough baking and fulfills her need to belong by showing up, sweat and all, to her favorite spin class. She’s all about making things look good, work smart, and feel meaningful.
