109 years ago the first vacuum cleaner rolled off the production line at Nilfisk.
Over a century later both Nilfisk and the world has grown larger - and more digital.
But how do a storied company like Nilfisk become a digital company? And how do you make the switch from successful products to popular services?
At Nilfisk the person with the answers is Bjarne Schøn. He leads the digital transformation at Nilfisk - and Bjarne's team, called Digital Service, works as a startup within the organization.
Bjarne and his team's job is to create new and intelligent cleaning-services.
So please join us as we together with Bjarne Schøn explore how to fast track the digitalization inside a century-old company.
In this episode:
- How Nilfisk is using existing data to enhance their services
- How Bjarne is building a "software factory" from scratch within Nilfisk
- An insight into Bjarne's work at Microsoft with global innovation teams that reported to Bill Gates
- Three pieces of advice from Bjarne Schøn to other innovators
