Sarasota's hydrology expert Steve Suau joins me to discuss his findings from a comprehensive look at Sarasota's stormwater infrastructure after the flooding from Tropical Storm Debby. Suau also co-authored a recently published study linking nitrogen levels from Florida river basins and red tide. The study was published in Florida Scientist.
