In this episode, we explore the question: What if your desires aren’t about “things” but about the feelings they evoke? We discuss how to shift from simply identifying your desires to fully embodying the feelings behind them; and why that embodiment is key to manifesting the life you crave. We’ll dive into how your thoughts, beliefs, and energy influence what you attract, and how to identify and begin to question limiting beliefs.

Your Inner Work for This Week:

Review your list of desires, pause and tune into your body:

  • Does anything bring up resistance or tension?
  • Is there a voice that says, "That’s too much” or “Who am I to want that?”

Look at these responses as invitations to explore and be curious. This is often where a limiting belief is hiding, rooted in past experience, conditioning, or old stories.

1. Choose one desire that feels heavy or activating.

Ask yourself:

  • What do I believe about this desire?
  • What story am I telling myself about why this isn’t possible for me?
  • Where did that belief come from?

2. Begin to question the belief.

Use these prompts to poke gentle holes in the story:

  • Is this belief absolutely true?
  • Are there examples, personal or observed, of this not being true?
  • What would change if I chose to believe something new?

This is how you begin to rewrite the belief, by collecting evidence that supports your desire despite what you’ve experienced before.

3. Embody the new belief.

Close your eyes and breathe into the feeling you do want to experience -peace, joy, love, abundance. Repeat to yourself:

I’m safe to desire this.
My past does not define what’s possible for my future.
