  1. DISRUPT YOUR SURROUNDINGS
    Change one thing around you so you can’t live on autopilot, move your alarm, clear your desk, stand instead of sit. If the space changes, the man changes.
  2. DO HARD SH**
    Once a day, deliberately pick the uncomfortable option, stairs over elevator, cold shower over hot, toughest workout on Monday. Train yourself to stop defaulting to easy.
  3. BURN THE SHIPS
    Cut off your #1 escape for seven days. No scrolling, No snacks, No Netflix, No porn and replace it with something that builds you. You’ll shock your system into growth.

REJECT THE MAIN STREAM
Pick ONE area of your life where you’ve been living on autopilot and do it DIFFERENT this week.
