At first this may sound counterintuitive, we want to be solution oriented and all, but the idea is to prioritize problem-solving, not just solution building.
For today’s challenge, I’d like you to focus on a problem and answer the following questions:
- Is the problem big enough?
- Is it a true pain point people are willing to pay for to be solved?
- How do people currently solve that problem?
