In this episode Rich recalls a moment where his daughter wanted him to spend just a little time outside playing with her and he initially told her that he was too busy and didn't have the time. Mind you, he had been telling her this every single day that week, as the stresses of everyday life continued to mount. His daughter walked away, shoulders slumped as if the weight of the world had just been dropped on her. He was quickly reminded of a vivid statement that a friend of his told him over a year ago, when they were both reflecting on how quickly their children were growing. Maybe you'll see yourself in some facet of this story especially if you're the dad who is always "too busy", and if not it's still one that's definitely worth the listen.
