Marilyn Moedinger is an Architect, real estate owner/operator, former contractor, and sometimes professor. She has her own practice, Runcible Studios, which has offices in Lancaster, PA and Boston, MA, specializing in high end custom residential work and complex renovations, multifamily and mixed use for developers, and specialized commercial/industrial work. She also consults with clients nationwide on design, construction, real estate, and strategy.

Marilyn has been an adjunct professor, teaching everything from design to building science to theory, and continues her education work these days largely through her newsletter and social media. She is passionate about understanding and participating in all aspects of a building's life.
