After high school, he moved from working directly in the trades to attending college as an aspiring construction management professional. Since graduating from college, he's worked as a superintendent and project manager for some of America's most reputable GCs. Along the way, Leandris has maintained a growth mindset, focused on how we can consistently help push the construction industry forward in all respects.
