He was formerly the Asisstant Coach at the University of Cincinnati and Wingate University. He holds a UEFA A License and a Premier Diploma from the NSCAA, and he is the author of the fantastic "The Modern Soccer Coach" as well as "The Modern Soccer Coach - Position Specific Training."
