How do you pivot after 20 years in an established career?

I'm thrilled to feature Tracey Coates, a recent graduate of the Classy Career Girl® Certified Career Coach program, who did just that. After two decades as a practicing family law attorney, Tracey felt she had hit a plateau. She was ready to expand her impact beyond the courtroom.

She embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, opening her own firm and simultaneously pursuing a certification in career coaching. Her new mission: to guide other professional working mothers who feel stuck or bored in their careers toward new levels of success and fulfillment.

Tracey found our program provided the essential structure she needed. In her words, it offered a "realistic, step-by-step roadmap" with practical tools and organizational systems that allowed her to launch her coaching practice efficiently, even with the demands of a full-time career.

Tracey's journey is a powerful testament to the fact that it's never too late to redefine your career and add new, fulfilling dimensions to your professional life. Her success demonstrates that with the right resources, you can build a new venture on the foundation of your existing expertise.

Congratulations on your graduation, Tracey! We are so proud to have you in our alumni community.
