Minister La La sits down and speaks with the first Drag Queen ordained with The Church of Fabulosity. They speak about their history as a drag queen, what fabulosity means to them and why they became a minister of the church.
Tara Lipsyncki is an activist first, and a drag artist second. They have been a staple in the Utah drag scene for years as an emcee and performer. The past year Tara has focused on activism for rural and small town queer communities; holding events and shows in Vernal, Logan, St. George and Rock Springs, WY. Her children’s book, Letter From The Queen, is being released October 11th, 2023.
As the first Drag Queen Minister of the Church of Fabulosity, Minister LaLa and Tara talk about how Tara came to be and what that has meant for their career and how they ended up at The Church of Fabulosity. They touch on Tara’s realization of their queer identity and how experience shaped who they are today.
