Minister La La sits down with Amy Lukas to tell her story and her journey.
Amy is a Certified Jungian Life Coach, trained through CreativeMind—an ICF accredited program with a coaching methodology that integrates Jungian Psychology, Eastern Spirituality, and Social Neuroscience—and the founder of Fallow Renewal, a coaching approach designed to help people navigate life’s transitions with clarity, creativity, and purpose.
Her journey began in the world of design, leading creative projects for the Olympic Games and co-founding a leading creative agency working with some of the largest brands in sports. After nearly two decades, her creative agency was acquired, leading Amy to a new chapter in People & Culture. While deeply rewarding, she realized her true passion wasn’t just in shaping experiences but in guiding human potential. This led her to Jungian Life Coaching, where she now helps individuals embrace transformation, overcome creative blocks, and realign their lives with their deepest values.
Amy also knows the power of intentional renewal firsthand—not just in coaching, but in endurance sports. As a 20-time marathoner and five-time Boston Marathon finisher, she learned that the key to peak performance and recovery isn’t just pushing harder—it’s incorporating intentional pauses into training. That same principle applies to life’s biggest transitions: by creating space for reflection and renewal, we set ourselves up for greater clarity and long-term success.
Through Fallow Renewal, she supports individuals—especially those navigating life’s transitions, creative blocks, and burnout—to rediscover their essence and move forward with clarity and confidence.
