In Summary:

In this episode we discuss the importance of treating your client’s business with care.

If you don’t have an interest in their industry, it will be difficult to provide exceptional work. It is important to evaluate whether or not a client’s business is something you can get into before taking them on as a client.

Additionally, if you are only in it for the money, it will show and your clients will notice. To keep clients returning, you must genuinely care about their business and show genuine concern.

Finding an industry that you can get excited about and evaluating what their needs are is key to providing excellent service.

Much love,
Tiffany
