Governor Pritzker has announced he will sign Senate Bill 208 after the Illinois legislature passed the Paid Leave for All Workers Act on January 10, 2023. This Act will go into effect on January 1, 2024, and grants almost all Illinois workers 40 hours of paid leave in any 12-month period.
