Protecting the People Who Matter Most in Your Life (Part 2)
Manage episode 508766051 series 3552576
Entrepreneurship is also about protecting the people who matter most your family, friends, and business connections. In this second part, I dive deeper into how friendships and relationships with the people that are close to you in your circle should be built on kindness, empathy, and consistency, even when things go wrong. As entrepreneurs, we lead by example, and true leadership is shown when we protect, support, and love the people around us. Business success without meaningful, loving, and supportive relationships feels empty, none sense and doesn't bring happiness and fulfillment into our life. When we protect those connections, we don’t just become better entrepreneurs we become better human beings and better version of ourselves. Life is too short to hold resentment, we can either live our life and lead our entrepreneurship journey with love, care and compassion or we can spend our life just focusing on the small stuff.
