When ex boxers look back, I think most do so with fond memories. The, 'me against the world feeling' was something special. But not only that graft by yourself, but being part of a team driving the width and breadth of the country to box for a matter of minutes.
I wonder how much my boxers share a similar feeling, so today I just take a trip down memory lane and wonder how that can effect my coaching moving forwards.
