Ever catch yourself doing exactly what you promised you'd stop? Maybe it's falling off track with fitness goals, abandoning your spiritual disciplines, or self-sabotaging right before a breakthrough. Your subconscious beliefs formed long ago through childhood experiences, words spoken over you, and past traumas. And surround yourself with community and coaching that will support your healing rather than reinforce negative thought patterns.
You're not broken or unmotivated – you're just operating from a belief system that was never truly yours. This week, ask yourself: "What belief am I operating from that no longer serves me, and what truth do I need to root myself in instead?" Remember, you were divinely created for abundance and purpose.
