Paul and Silas are thrown into prison for healing a girl. What is their reaction? What was the purpose of this imprisonment? The brothers learn a valuable lesson about joy and trusting God in this episode of the Bible adventurers.

In this episode of The Bible Adventurers, Chance the cheetah, Drexel the dragon, and Liam the lion time travel to the ancient city of Philippi, where they discover that joy can shine brightest in the darkest places. After learning that Paul and Silas were imprisoned for helping someone in need, the brothers are shocked to hear singing coming from behind the prison walls. Despite their chains, Paul and Silas are full of joy—and soon, the entire prison is shaking with God’s power!

Based on Acts 16, this powerful story shows how faith and praise can lead to miracles. When an earthquake flings open the prison doors, Paul and Silas choose to stay—and their kindness changes the heart of the jailer and his entire household. Kids will discover that true joy doesn’t depend on circumstances but comes from trusting that God is with us, always.
