For this episode I’m joined by specialist dietitian, Lisa Poole, who discusses her experiences with helping clients understand and navigate the difficult world of eating disorders.

Lisa holds BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics and has a diverse NHS background across surgical, paediatric, menopause, and mental health settings.

Lisa currently supports young people & adults with eating disorders, neurodivergence, and complex mental health needs with her approach blending clinical expertise with warmth, compassion, and lived experiences. This is all shaped by both professional experience and personal insight.

Lisa has a deep passion for making nutrition meaningful to the overall human experience.
