My doctor says I should work on my core and point at their stomach.

So many people will just do more sit-ups and crunches and planks not fully knowing what their core is.

It has been hijacked by medicine and 'magazine fitness'.

What is your core?

Your core is any muscle, tendon, ligament that attaches to your pelvis.
