It finally happened! A member of the Bates swimming and diving program won an individual NCAA championship. And not only did junior Max Cory win the national title in the 100-yard freestyle, he broke the NCAA Division III record along the way, with his championship final time of 42.88 seconds. And Bobcats weren’t just thriving in the water, they also shined on the dirt last week, with the softball team off to their best start in seven years. All that and more....
