In this week's coaching conversation, Georgia Southern head coach Charlie Henry shares insights on data, authentic coaching and his coaching journey.

Henry enters his third season as the Bice-Peace Head Men's Basketball Coach at Georgia Southern.

The Eagles improved by eight wins during the 2024-25 season, winning their first-round game in the Sun Belt tournament as the nine seed. Before Georgia Southern, Henry spent four seasons at the University of Alabama and has over 10 years of coaching experience on three major levels of basketball – NBA, G League and Division I power-five schools – including stops at the Chicago Bulls, Windy City Bulls and Iowa State, among others.
