John Canzano is in talking about the unfortanate car wreck that took the lives of the Umpqua Community College softball coach and a player. Canzano is furious about how this happened and tells people to be better. Portland State legend Teri Mariani joins the program to discuss the tragedy that happened with the Umpqua Community College softball team. Mariani coached Portland State softball for 29 seasons and is a part of the softball community. Mariani talks about Portland State athletics and explains how important it is for the Portland State football team to return to Providence Park and how it can help out every other program. Co-publisher of Cal Bears on SI, Jeff Faraudo joins the program to discuss what is happening at Cal right now? Cal has 11-12 players in the past seven days in the transfer portal, including five running backs, and Faraudo explains what he knows on why this is happening. Faraudo says that Ron Rivera is in charge and running the program, but says that there may not be enough money in the program to gather some players to replace the losses.
