In this week’s episode of the B Well Club Podcast Breast Cancer UK CEO, Thalie Martini, is joined by nutritionist and author of The Perimenopause Solution Emma Bardwell to discuss how women can be thriving, and not just surviving, the menopause. Due to a lack of information and the prevalence of “meno-washing”, many women are left confused about how to navigate the disorientating symptoms that they may experience in mid-life.

Emma sits down with Thalie to provide some clarity, offering expert tips on how to identify if you are going through the perimenopause, how to optimise your diet to stay on top of your hormones and how to how to sort the fact from the fiction.
