In this episode, I open up about one of the hardest experiences of my life—losing my brother. I share the story of his passing, how it impacted me in the months and years that followed, and what grieving has really looked like for me.

I walk through the stages of grief, break down what research says about the grieving process, and most importantly, remind you that whatever you’re feeling—you’re not alone. Grief doesn’t follow a perfect timeline, and it never looks the same for everyone.

If you’ve lost someone, or if you love someone who’s grieving, this conversation is for you. My hope is that you feel seen, understood, and reminded that healing is possible—even when it doesn’t feel like it.

I’ve partnered with Intelligent Change — the creators of the original Five Minute Journal— because their tools have genuinely helped me stay grounded, present, and intentional in my day-to-day. If you’re ready to upgrade your mindset, start here:
