1. Check for an Existing FEI Number – Use the FEI Portal to search for your firm's FEI number.
2. Request an FEI Number (If Not Found) – Email [email protected] with the following details:

• Legal business name & alternate names (if applicable)
• Physical & mailing addresses
• Contact person information
• Business activities (e.g., drug manufacturing, food packaging)

1. Any prior business names/addresses and related FDA registration numbers
2. Apply for FDA Certification – Once you have an FEI number, proceed with the certification application through the FDA portal.
