The biggest mistake so many of you are making is trying to sell to the unsellable. It's crippling your business. I did this session with a bunch of entrepreneurs, and that's what we really got into.

- I explained why you need to stop being so emotional about sales and just go fast to find people who are actually aligned.

- We talked about the "High School Party" concept—how starting a local podcast makes you the host, giving you all the leverage for new business without you even having to ask for it.
