In our society we can often be hyper-focused on the individual - we tend to think in terms of I and not so much in terms of We. Even in some of our spiritual communities, the tendency is more I than We.
And I know a common train of thought is that a healthy I makes a healthy We. But is that true? Some times the lack of progress in our society makes me have some doubts!
Joining me for the conversation are two amazing human beings:
Christine Samuel - Christine is a coach, facilitator, author, and speaker, who guides others in mastering the art of living with possibilities in our rapidly changing world through inner work, deep listening, and relational intelligence. Her upcoming book, "The Heart Space: Living with Grace and Ease in an Era of Uncertainty," is scheduled to launch in April 2024.
Lisa Tuthill - Lisa is a mental health therapist and 5 years as a Spiritual Coach. Over the past five years, her focus has shifted to working primarily with highly sensitive individuals. Her approach involves guiding them in understanding their own nervous system, navigating challenges such as overwhelm, people-pleasing, and perfectionism, and ultimately empowering them to thrive in their unique experiences.
