In this episode, I’m breaking down exactly how I used Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBC) — on myself — to stop procrastinating and start moving again.

Last year, rainy season completely derailed my workouts. I told myself I didn’t want to bike in the rain, and before I knew it, I had gone months without movement. My body felt heavy. My mood dipped. My motivation disappeared.

This year, I decided that story was not running the show again.

You’ll hear how I used the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Coaching — the same tools I use with clients — to coach myself out of resistance and into action. I’ll walk you through the simple but powerful process of identifying unhelpful thoughts, challenging the excuses that keep you stuck, and creating a plan that actually works with your brain instead of against it.
