Lora is a multi-award winning paraolympian cyclist, wife of Neil Fachie one of my previous guests, these two are a powerful team. Lora was born completely blind and not quite content with winning medals, she decided she wanted to start writing about her other passion, cooking. Here Lora talks about growing up in a family of blindness and how she is not allowed to use a blowtorch whilst cooking!
