You know that feeling when you finish a coaching call and think, "That was gold. I should turn this into content"?

And then... you don't. Because who has time to transcribe it, write blog posts, create emails, and turn it into social content?

That was me. Until last Tuesday.

I had a coaching call about content repurposing. Full of insights. Perfectly aligned with what my audience struggles with. But instead of letting it sit in my Zoom recordings folder forever, I did something different.

I gave the transcript to my trained AI agents. And in 30 minutes, I had a complete month of content—ready to go, sounding exactly like me.

Minutes later, I had a 4-part content series—complete with belief-shifting angles, video hooks, outlines, and ideas already tuned to my audience.

Step 3: Filmed the Videos I used those outlines to film four videos. No stress. No overthinking. Just sharing insights.

Step 4: Let My Repurposing Team Take Over I gave those video transcripts to my content repurposing agents. One automation created:

  • 4 YouTube and podcast descriptions
  • 4 weekly emails
  • 4 blog posts
  • Scripts for shorts, reels, and stories
  • A full month of social content

That part took less than 10 minutes. From transcript input to complete content output.

Step 5: I Read Through Everything This is the part that blew me away. The blog posts, the emails, the social content—it all sounded like me. Not just "on brand." Like me when I'm excited and helping someone.

Why This Works (When Generic ChatGPT Doesn't):

My trained agents don't just write about my topic. They write LIKE me because:

  • They've seen my best work (examples I fed them)
  • They know my audience (I trained them on pain points, language, objections)
  • They've absorbed how my brain works (through my AI Voice Authority Playbook)

It's like having an assistant who's worked with you for years—they don't need constant context because they already know how you think, what you like, and how you explain things.

Generic tools write about your topic. Trained agents write like you.

The Ripple Effect:

Since making this shift (not just with this call, but my entire content workflow):

  • My content is more consistent (because it's easier to create and repurpose)
