The tension between logic and purpose creates a profound struggle many of us face. Society celebrates external achievements while overlooking internal suffering. We spent years trying to infuse our corporate work with meaning through nonprofit partnerships, but these were merely bandages on a deeper wound. We weren't living authentically.
During a pivotal conversation at a coffee shop, we finally acknowledged what we'd known for years - continuing to ignore our calling would lead to something devastating. Despite having six children to support, we dismantled our business completely to pursue what we've been called to do all along.
For Michelle, this meant becoming a sex and relationship coach, helping women overcome shame and improve intimacy in their relationships.
