Today we are talking about Idea #2 to Help You Improve Your Self-Discipline, which is to Identify Your Uptimes and Downtimes.

The best way to produce the best results is to know when your uptimes and downtimes are. When you identify these times, you can control and structure your activities to take on more important tasks and produce better results during your uptimes (high energy times), and schedule less important tasks on your downtimes.

Identifying these two different times improves your self-discipline and productivity considerably.
