In Episode 8, we have a delightful conversation with Susan Piver about the intersection of technology, mindfulness and compassion. Susan has been a student of Buddhism for over 30 years, and a teacher for more than a decade.
In 2011, she created The Open Heart Project, a virtual meditation community with close to 20,000 members worldwide. Her vision for a virtual community well predated the popular use of Zoom and allowed people from all over the world, in any time zone, to practice meditation together.
She is the New York Times best selling author of many books, including, "Start Here Now: An Open-Hearted Guide to the Path and Practice of Meditation," "The Wisdom of a Broken Heart,” “The Four Noble Truths of Love,” and her most recent title, "The Buddhist Enneagram: Nine Paths to Warriorship."
Susan teaches about communication styles, relationships, creativity, and mindfulness. She is also skilled in marketing, branding identity, and product consultation in the areas of spirituality and wellness.
The Techquanimity Podcast explores the intersection of technology, mindfulness, and compassion and is defined further at https://lnkd.in/gDGGtb6M.
