For many white people, the self reflection that comes with engagement in equity and anti-racist work can be disconcerting and uncomfortable. But for Black people, who face the pressures of racism everyday, there can be no return to normalcy after the murder of George Floyd. In our conversation today, our guests discuss the need to stay engaged in this struggle and see through, and what it will take for everyone to stay engaged.
