With a warm yet direct approach, she integrates her diverse training in yoga therapy, Reiki, nervous system regulation, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, and Brainspotting to guide clients from pain and overwhelm toward balance, self-acceptance, and thriving.

Grace is passionate about holistic, functional healing and blends evidence-based practices with alternative modalities, supporting clients through mindfulness, meditation, and embodied therapies. She is the founder of Elevate Therapy & Wellness, where her mission is to help people reconnect with themselves, mind, body, and spirit.
