Richard has been living with stage 4 ALK+ lung cancer since 2020 but thankfully, because of advances in treatment, he’s been able to keep working throughout his diagnosis and treatment.
In this latest episode of our Talk of Hope podcast, Richard shares his experience of lung cancer and how his employer supported him so he could keep doing the job he loves.
Richard is also joined by Danielle Symington, an associate at Irwin Mitchell Solicitors, who shares some basic information about employment law and your rights following a diagnosis.
