Learning to Make the Right Call | Navigating Health & Wellness and Building a Network of ExpertiseThere is not a lot that compares with the intimidation we feel, when we find ourselves confronted with how little we know about our own health. This is especially the case when we have an issue with our health and while we want better and to do better, it's hard to know which experts to lean on, as we focus on rehabilitation. We can find ourselves becoming skeptical about everything we hear, which isn't helpful, or we can build a network of experts that offer solutions to support our needs. There is no, "one size fits all solution" when managing our health. There also i a need to play an active role in driving the decisions that will support you in the long-term. You know you best. It's important to leverage that insight, when exchanging with experts and building a rehabilitation plan that is wholistic and supportive of your needs.Do you have any questions?
