Confidence is such a mysterious thing. In some situations, we may feel as though we can take on the world without much thought. In others, we feel as though we don't even deserve to be in the room. One of my students had a kickboxing fight this past weekend, and I want to talk about helping him get his mind through the upcoming situation that he was to find himself in, and how we fought against his negative thoughts.
