I am honored to have spent two hours with Dr. Michael Lenz. Today is part one of my conversation with him. Dr. Lenz is four doctors in one. He is a Pediatrician, Internist, Clinical Lipidologist and Lifestyle Medicine Doctor. In addition to being a doctor. He is an author, podcast host, producer, and blogger for Conquering Your Fibromyalgia. In this podcast, we discuss Fibromyalgia and what this invisible illness is. He also shares how he recognizes the diagnosis and what helps fibromyalgia.
