“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” Michael Crouse was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in 2008 in the 16th round, and went on to play 7 years of professional baseball and ended up finishing his career in double A baseball. Michael has competed in many international competitions, including winning Gold in the Asia Series, bronze in the World Baseball Cup, gold in the Pan-American Games, and has competed in the World Baseball Classic and was a member of the All-World team in the World Junior Baseball Championship. In this episode, Michael recounts some hilarious stories from his baseball career; shares the mental models he’s used in his professional career; and details his transition from player to business owner.
