Todays guest is Richard Bell.

Richard is a successful businessman the world of video and music production but has also volunteered many hours to the local football and futsal organisations in Christchurch over the years.
His oldest son is Joe Bell. Joe is a leading figure in the NZ All Whites and is currently plying his trade at Viking FC in Norway.
In this episode we discuss the role of futsal in development, having a child move away from home at 15 to follow his dreams and then into the US College system, and being a support network from a distance.
Joe is going to be a future All Whites Captain for years to come. This is a great chance to learn about his formative years and the role that Richard and his wife played in fostering the environments for Joe to develop into the professional he is.
