It takes 14 years after high school to become a plastic surgeon. After medical school, it's a difficult 6 year residency. The first year doctor (intern) learns fundamental techniques in surgery and how to take care of patients. By the end of the 6 years, the surgeon performs their own procedures. On today's show, I speak with 2 plastic surgery residents from the Rutgers New Jersey program. We discuss how the Internet and Influences have made it more difficult to communicate with prospective patients.
We also discussed the procedures that are best performed during the cold of the winter. Tune in!
